When do I get paid?

“When will I be paid?” is the most popular question from our customers.

Payment is normally made within 24 hours of receipt of your supplies, and normally the same day. We receive a large number of boxes, and we need time to remove any labels, inspect the packages, and log in the order details to ensure that your payment is processed correctly, and sometimes that is the next business day.

Of course, we aspire to pay our customers as quickly as possible, and most often, the same day we receive your boxes.

Our payment team comes online after 5 pm Pacific Time, Mon-Sat, and your payments are always processed after 5 pm every business day. You will receive an email from us after your payment is completed and your quote is closed out. That may be late in the evening, even though your actual payment was made earlier.

You will receive a message confirmation when your payment has been processed. If you are wondering if your payment has been issued, please reach out to further assist you.

And please note, although we love to hear from you, message us (chat or text) to ask when you will receive your payment often delays your payment since it takes time to look up your quote, check with our supply processors, and then with our payment system. And this also may delay payments to other sellers as well, since we are checking when your payment will be or was processed instead of processing payments 😊. Please know we understand how important getting paid is and strive to process your payments as fast as possible. We appreciate your business!

Do you buy (insert your product name here)?

ALL the products we buy are listed on our Sell Your Test Strips page, or check out the COMPLETE LIST of items we buy. We don’t buy any other products other than the ones listed, which include diabetic test strips, insulin, insulin supplies, and lancets.

We don’t buy meters, private label brands, generic items, or any supplies not listed on that page. Hope that helps!

How is my payment made?

We can conveniently use CashApp/Zelle/Chime/Mailed Cheque, and it will be paid upon delivery (within 24 HOURS), payment will be sent on the items arrive on my end. No worries because I’ll be providing a shipping label, so shipping won’t cost you, and we can both track the package.

What is the difference between the payment options?

We can pay you by check, CashApp/Zelle/Chime,/Mailed Cheque. You decide how you would like to be paid during the checkout process when you submit your quote to us.

When you get a notification that your quote has been paid by Cheque, it will take about 7-10 business days to receive (there is no cost to you).
When you get a notification that your quote has been paid by CashApp/Zelle/Chime, the payment is instantly transferred to your CashApp/Zelle/Chime account.

Can you send me a shipping kit, please?

For the sake of quick turnaround and payment, and because every customer has different supplies and ways that they package things, we don’t provide boxes that fit perfectly with enough cushion. So we ask that you get your own proper box or a free one at the post office or some other places. We DO provide a free shipping label. We found this allows you to ship things out (and then get paid) as quickly as possible. Sound good?

Do you have a new customer bonus?

Yes! We offer a $10 bonus for new customers for submissions over $100. Chat with us so we can discuss it. We appreciate your business!

Who pays for shipping?

We do!

If you choose to mail your supplies yourself, we will cover all of your shipping costs. We ask that you use either USPS First Class or Priority Mail (not Express Priority Mail). Ship to us in a sturdy box to protect the supplies, and allow the shipping cost to be shown on the shipping label. We reimburse you for your shipping charges when we pay you for your supplies.
If you request a free shipping label when submitting your quote, we will provide a link for your free shipping label to print out (we can also send it as an email attachment or regular mail), so you can mail us your supplies at no upfront cost to you. Shipping labels are emailed to you within minutes of your quote submission. (Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see your shipping label in your regular email).

How many test strips can I sell?

There is no limit to the amount of test strips you can sell, provided you comply with the following stipulations:

You are an individual 21 years of age or older.
You understand that iBuyDiabeticSupply.com is a medium for selling excess diabetes test strips that you lawfully own or possess with the right to sell.
You are the sole and rightful owner of the item(s) being sold to iBuyDiabeticSupply.com. You understand that if any item turns out to have been stolen, you will not receive compensation for the item.
Your diabetic test strips are sealed.
You will only send diabetic supplies that are not expired.
iBuyDiabeticSupply.com will not pay for boxes that are expired upon receipt of delivery. We will dispose of them.
iBuyDiabeticSupply.com will not pay for boxes that are damaged upon receipt of delivery. We will dispose of them.
iBuyDiabeticSupply.com does not buy International boxes; we only buy test strips with NDC codes.
iBuyDiabeticSupply.com will honor the quote when the diabetic test strips you send match what you provided when you requested a quote. We inspect every shipment to ensure it matches the description you provided. We reserve the right to adjust the price paid if there is a difference between the description you provided and what we received. For instance, if your quote is generated with retail pricing and you send mail-order boxes, we will adjust the price paid. We do not return boxes, so please ensure that your quote accurately reflects the test strips you send.

Should I remove the labels on my test strips?

Please do not! If your boxes have labels, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THEM as this can damage the boxes and reduce their value or even make them worthless. Please be assured that we will remove and shred all labels before resale. If you absolutely must mark out personal information, here are some tips:

Do not use a marker that will bleed through the label and damage the box
Do not scribble outside the label and mark up the box
Do not use a sharp pen that carves grooves in the test strip box

What kind of test strips do you accept?

We accept MOST types of retail and mail order test strips, including but not limited to these brands: OneTouch, Accu-Chek Contour, FreeStyle, Precision, ReLion, and TrueMetrix.

We do not accept boxes with broken seals. If we receive boxes with broken seals, we will dispose of them.
We do not accept boxes with damage! No tears, no dents! Boxes must be perfect. If we receive damaged boxes, we will dispose of them.
If your boxes have labels, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THEM, as this can damage the boxes and make them worthless. Please be assured that we will remove and shred all labels before resale.

What other products do you buy?

How do I sell my supplies to you?

Do you ever buy expired test strips?

No, we do not. The diabetic test strips we purchase from you must have an expiration date that is at least eight (8) months ahead of the date we receive them. The boxes must also be factory sealed and in good condition.

Why do test strip prices go down sometimes?

Although there are many reasons the prices can fluctuate, the simple answer is that test strip prices are based on supply and demand. Sometimes a manufacturer will flood the market with their brand of test strips, causing an over-supply in the market which results in a price drop. Conversely, when a certain brand is scarce, the test strip price will increase.
