I mailed (in a box) in PRISTINE condition, diabetic supplies. They informed me that the box was CRUSHED while in route to them and everything was destroyed. The showed me a picture of someone else's box, and said it was mine,(a total lie) I asked to see the products that I had sent, they refused and gave me a ficticious label that they had printed up, in the meantime, they STOLE my products.. these people have no conscious and Noone should deal with them. They're SCAMMERS and THIEVES... I'm STILL waiting for the so,called video of them accepting an annihilated box from the post office. Maybe it's because I'm from out of state, they feel they can get away with this b.s. I've sent MANY packages out of state, and I've never had any problem with the postal service. But, I have serial numbers for everything that was sent. So we'll see what they send me back.. stay posted.
